About Spruce Homes

Jason and Rebekah Gregg launched Spruce Homes in 2021 with the goal of acquiring houses in sought-after locations then transforming them into desirable properties. Their mission is to create homes where people want to live, translating into a much different approach to flipping houses. Design decisions and upgrades are based on ensuring lasting comfort and durability in every home.

The Greggs live with their daughters in Keller, Texas. Jason spent over a decade in the financial services industry, including in mortgages and as a licensed financial broker, before launching full-time in the home restoration business and becoming a licensed realtor. He leads Spruce Homes, overseeing every project and the daily operations. Rebekah is a business executive by day and assists with design during nights and weekends. Over their two-decade marriage, the Greggs have built multiple homes for their own family and watched countless hours of home improvement shows, igniting the passion that led them to this business.
